IslamQA and similar educational summaries collect ṣaḥīḥ reports for morning and evening remembrance, including:
Sayyid al-istighfār — Bukhārī 6306 (best form of seeking forgiveness — confirm full text).
Subḥān Allāh wa bi-ḥamdih — Muslim 2692, often 100 times morning and evening.
Protection phrases — e.g. “Bismillāh alladhī lā yaḍurru…” (Abū Dāwūd / Tirmidhī chains — verify grade).
Popular booklets such as Hisn al-Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) arrange these for daily use. Prefer authentic chains; when grades differ, ask a teacher. Consistency matters more than rushing a long list.
Subḥān Allāh wa bi-ḥamdih
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
Whoever says in the morning and in the evening: “Glory and praise be to Allah” one hundred times, no one will come on the Day of Resurrection with anything better than what he has done — except one who said the same or more.

Sayyid al-istighfār
The best way of seeking forgiveness includes affirming Allah as Lord and asking forgiveness — whoever says it in the day with certainty and dies before evening is among the people of Paradise (and likewise for the night), as in the report.
