Many productivity guides for Muslims structure the day around the five prayers—not as a rigid timetable, but as anchors. A common pattern described in public educational writing (e.g. Productive Muslim style routines) is:

• Before / at Fajr — wake with dhikr, optional night prayer if able, Fajr sunnah then farḍ.
• After Fajr — morning adhkār, a portion of Qur’an while the mind is fresh.
• Through the day — work and family folded between Dhuhr, ʿAṣr, Maghrib, ʿIshāʾ.
• Evening — evening adhkār, reduce harm, prepare sleep with remembrance.
